Peter Götsche ('''Peter Christian Gøtzsche; ''' (fæddur 26. nóvember 1949) er danskur læknir, vísindamaður og fyrrverandi forstöðumaður Nordic Cochrane Center við Konunglega sjúkrahúsið í Kaupmannahöfn, Danmörku. Hann er einn af stofnendum Cochrane Collaboration og höfundur fjölda kerfisbundinna umsagna um klínískar rannsóknir sem gefnar eru út af Cochrane Library. Yfir 70 rit Götsche voru gefin út í efstu fimm læknatímaritunum (The Lancet, BMJ, JAMA, Annals of Internal Medicine og New England Journal of Medicine).
