*'''Le installazioni minerarie''' - Appartenevano alla "Compagnie Francaise des Mines du Laurium", ovvero alla società francese che nel 1876 acquisì i diritti di sfruttamento delle miniere di Lavrio dalla famiglia Serpieri. Nel 1930 le miniere passarono alla società Penaroya. Chiuso definitivamente nel 1992 il complesso è stato acquisito dallo stato greco con l'intenzione di adibirlo a museo e parco tecnologico
