== Wikipedia workshop at NMAMIT, Karkala Taluk, Karnataka ==

Namaskara, 

I am Subhashish from Access To Knwledge, Centre for Internet and Society. There is a Wikipedia Workshop planned in NMAMIT, Karkala Taluk, Karnataka on 21st December at 1 pm and I will be organizing this event. This session is focussed to discuss about "Contribution to Wikipedia and how it is beneficial to students". As we are emphasizing on Indian languages it will be relevant to highlight Kannada Wikipedia (As my understanding is majority of the participants will be Kannada speakers). I would like to request Kannada Wikipedians if anyone is willing to attend and talk about Kannada Wikipedia to the participants. Travel expenses (up to 2 wikipedians) could be reimbursed by CIS.
