In addition to gathering stats for E2/E3, will this be available to some privileged users on WMF wikis if it gets to production wikis? Even if the stats aren't useful for E2/E3 this will be very useful to counter-spam and counter-sockpuppetry work. :The ClickTracking extension is in the process of being deprecated, because it was implemented in a way that makes it easy to inadvertently overload the servers. (I intend to advertise the deprecation sometime this week.) We're working on a replacement, with some rough notes [[Event Tracking|here]]. If you explain your use case in detail on the talk page for that article, we'd be happy to try and accomodate it.
