ഹരിയാനയിലെ ഗുർഗോണിൽ ആസ്ഥാനമായുള്ള പരിസ്ഥിതി വിഭവ സംരക്ഷണത്തിനായി,  ഉപജീവന മേന്മക്കായി പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്ന സംഘടനയാണ്. 2004ൽ ചാരു ജെയിൻ സ്ഥാപിച്ച  ജല നിയന്ത്രണം ഊർജ്ജ ക്ഷമത, പാരമ്പര്യേതര ഊർജ്ജം,വൈദഗ്ദ്യ വികസനം, പരിസ്ഥിതി വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങൾ നടത്തുന്നു. 
ഇന്ത്യയിലേയും വിദേശത്തേയും വിവിധ ബഹുരാഷ്ട്ര കമ്പനികളുട്യും ഇന്ത്യൻ പൊതുമേഖലാസ്ഥാപനങ്ങളുടേയും  കോർപ്പറേറ്റ് സോഷ്യൽ റെസ്പോൺസിബിലിറ്റി ഫണ്ടുകൾ ഉപയോഗിച്ചാണ് പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്നത്.
