I wonder if we could put [[en:wikt:Wiktionary:Scribunto|Lua programming language]] to good use here. I don’t know much about it, but I’ve seen some of it in action. For example, on Wiktionary we use [[en:wikt:Module:nl-common]] to make Dutch entries sort properly for Dutch. It looks to me like it would be simple to use a module like that for Navajo sorting. I think it would be a great idea if we could have a page that showed the extended family terms. A lot of people are forgetting these, and I don’t know of a source where they can find out about it. Yellowhair has that page that shows immediate family from the viewpoint of a woman. ::I would be glad to put something like that in a wiktionary appendix (wiktionary uses appendices for some complex data such as that), but the wiktionary articles can only accommodate kinship terms individually (one page for father, another for mother, and so on). Traditionally, [[:en:Family|Family]] is treated as an encyclopedic subject, since it is much more than just a single word. English Wikipedia, for example, includes a couple of interesting charts (family tree, relationship chart) at [[:en:Family]].
