'''Daniel Niazi''' Nappen Jacobsen (born 6 December 1991, [[Constanţa|Constanta]], [[Romania]])  is an Norwegian-Romanian [[Human rights|human rights]] [[activist]] and [[Blogger|blogger]]. He is best known for the Norwegian [[Nonprofit|non-profit]] organization Third Seconds TSCG.

His foundation of the organization is to protect the UN Convention by indicating major public companies and officials who violate the public convention.
