{{RfD|Certainly a respectable academic, but there are tens of thousands of authors with these kinds of CV and citation numbers. Many of the references are self-published (not reliable) and many of the prizes mentioned are non-notable.
I would also like to add that the page was deleted some time ago both on it.wiki and en.wiki, where the RfDs saw lots of sockpuppeting. I think this is just another attempt for self-promotion.}}
