She has made music for over 25 [[Bollywood]] movies. She began singing when she was 7seven years old. She won many prizes and awards. HerTrivdei's training in [[classical music started]] began under Prabhakar Dhakde in [[Nagpur]], Padmashree Ustaad Ghulaam Mustafa Khan, Pt. Ajay Pohankar, and Ustad Asad Ali Khan. She has learnted various aspects of [[light music]] under Pt. Satyanarayan Mishra, Gautam Mukherji and the late Shri Kalyanjibhai. She recorded with Music Maestro [[A.  R. Rahman]] songs like the title track of “''[[Dil Ne Jise Apna Kaha”]]'', "Boondon Se Baatein", and classical  -based “"Yeh Jo Zindagi Hai”" from ''[[Earth (1998 movie)|1947: Earth]]''.
