It is wholly owned by Odyssey Television Media Networks. The channel was known as '''Minimax''' from September 24, 2013 to June 20, 2014. Sister news channel and radio network Max was relaunched as Odyssey TV. Along with the brand was the launch of three sister channels; Bloxtoon Bubster, Bloxtoon ZigZap, and Bloxtoon XTRM. ==History== In May 2012, Odyssey announced that it had entered a joint partnership with DHX Media, and production companies Corus Entertainment, Frederator Studios, and Classic Media to then launch an children's entertainment brand called Minimax that would be targeted at 6-11 years of age. The brand would encompass programming blocks on other Odyssey Television networks (such as Max Shopping), a video on demand service, and an online website. Minimax premiered on September 24, 2013 with the premiere of weekend morning blocks on Max Shopping and Max Animation; this was followed by a block on Max on October 8, which usually aired weekdays.
