'''Weekend View''' was a weather program on [[The Weather Channel]] airing from 5-11 a.m. Eastern Time Saturdays and Sundays. Its timeslot can be the equivalent to Morning Rush on weekdays, but it aired for six hours compared to the three hour run of Morning Rush. It featured the weather for the weekend and also next week. == Program history ==
Weekend View launched on October 1, 2005, replacing Weekend Planner. It was originally scheduled to launch on September 17, 2005, but due to the busy hurricane season, its launch was pushed 2 weeks later to 1 October 2005. The first meteorologists were Dao Vu, Kelly Cass, Bill Keneely, and Stephanie Abrams.
