==Education==


Nilanjanaa Jayant  is a teenage girl. She studies in Samhita Academy Banglore. She has been learning western music, vocals and keyboard at Taaqademy Bangalore. She started singing at a very early age. Her journey started with classical Carnatic and now she has found her calling in Western vocals.
 
She is learning in a music school that trains her vocals and is additionally taking keyboard classes as eventually she also wants to start composing.  She completed her western vocal exams from the International Rock school UK board. She is a part of a band ''sandstorm''.


==Singing Career==


Nilanjanaa also has lent her voice for a jingle for a children’s portal. The song is called ''Beautiful City''. This was also played on Radio Indigo on Children’s Day all through the day. 

She has represented India at international level and has made everyone proud.  She has also become a singing sensation in America. She has won the ''Golden voices of America''  competition.

She has performed in numerous small events organized by her music school. Apart from that she has performed with her band ''Sandstorm'' in Freedom Jams a couple of times.
 
Freedom Jam is a platform where accomplished artists showcase their talent. It was quite something to see the children’s band perform there. She has started giving solo performances at ''Freedom Jam 2015'' and ''World Music Day 2015''; again, amidst very senior bands and artists.


==Family== 


Her parents are Jayant Ananth and  Sangeeta Ananth. Nilanjanaa’s parents have been supporting her in every way possible. They are  the pillars of strength, critic, source of love and encouragement for their daughter.
