What if no one respond to the talk page? what does that mean ?

You dont have an answer for my question. Users like you are terribly damaging the reputation of WP. Only few guys like you can edit or add page, other cant. Did you open a talk page first before you write an article in Wiki. I open a talk page so that if anyone has dispute can talk and reach a consensus on the page.
