Renato Bisazza (1925-2012) founded Bisazza under the name Vetricolor in [[1956]] at Montecchio Maggiore near [[Vicenza]].<ref>{{cite web | url= http://www.glassinchina.com/news/detail4702.html | title=A Study of brands.
