On June 10, 2019 the Trust and Safety Team of the [[Wikimedia Foundation]] banned a [[Wikipedia admin|Wikipedia admin]] named "Fram" from the [[English Wikipedia]] for one year. They also removed Fram's administrator status on the English Wikipedia<ref>{{cite web|url=https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:Log?type=rights&user=WMFOffice&page=User%3AFram%40enwiki&wpdate=&tagfilter=&subtype=|date=|accessdate=|publisher=Meta-Wiki|title=User rights log: Fram}}</ref>. People on and outside Wikipedia have talked about this a lot. 

The Wikimedia Foundation did not say right away what Fram did that made them want to punish Fram.  They said they couldn't tell because they were worried about someone's privacy.  They did not say whose. According to an article in the magazine ''BuzzFeed News'' said thae Fram incident meant Wikipedia had stopped being [[neutral]]. Another article in Slate Magazine called this incident a ''constitutional crisis'' at Wikipedia. Many in the English [[Wikipedia community]] thought that the English Wikipedia was in charge of its own [[website]].
