Ali Haider who was a local saint from nearby town once refused to accept the Wilayat of Hazrat Mai Safoora Qadiriyyah. One day he was walking along the Bank of the Ravi River. And what he saw astonished him. He saw Hazrat Mai Safoora Qadiriya praying her Namaz in the middle of Ravi River. He became so  embaressed about his refusal of her Wilayat that he asked the forgiveness of Allah Almighty.⏎

== Life ==
She was born in Jarala (a place in present [[Punjab]], [[Pakistan]]){{fact|date=October 2012}}. According to tradition, she was of Arab descent, her grandfather being one Abu'il'Fateh{{fact|date=October 2012}}, who was an Arab merchant and a Qadiri Sufi by denomination{{fact|date=October 2012}}. In her childhood, she got formal religious education in Islam and also learnt three languages, Punjabi, Persian and Arabic. In addition, she also obtained spiritual-mystical training.
