Engjell Berisha was born on 12 September into an [[Albanians|Albanian]] family in the city of Ferizaj, then part of the [[Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia]], present [[Kosovo]]. His father, Uran Berisha is a former professional architect since 1995.
