In 2015 , She started the company Luxury Next Season in Manhattan.<ref name=":1" />

She studied at Middle East Technical  University.
 She is a computer engineer.  Penny hiser first successful company right after graduating from high school. At the age of 16, she leads a team of 50 people in her company.

Penny supports several non-profits, including Fashion Fights Cancer and Female Founder Collective. She is a board member of Fashion Fights Cancer.
