Although Faraz was given the birth name Sar Faraz Khan but he used his pen-name Haraf and prefers his name to be written as Sar Faraz Harfi. Sar Faraz Married to Almas khanum
, a Mahdavia Muslim, in a traditional muslim wedding ceremony on 23 June 2019. after a year courtship, They have a son Baqa Ahmed Khan (born 2020).
