The United Nations Assam (UNI) is a Muslim liberation movement.  It consists of the districts of [[South]] [[West]] [[Assam]].  Which wants to make "United Nations Assam" an independent [[Muslim country]].
The need for this movement was felt when more than 5,000 [[Muslims | Muslims]] were burned alive in 1983, the indigenous people were evicted from their homes, and everything went home.  The majority of the participants were rural peasants belonging to indigenous communities, or from the lower strata of the caste system categorized as Scheduled Castes or Other Backward Classes.  
  But the [[residents | residents]] here are determined to achieve independence [[Muslim state]].
