Fremont Avenue is a road in Santa Clara County California. It is in Sunnyvale and Los Altos. It has three segments: The first segment, about 4.8 miles long, begins at State Route 82 (El Camino Real) in [[Sunnyvale, California]] and ends at South Springer Road in [[Los Altos, California]]. The second segment, about 0.9 miles long, begins at Riverside Avenue and ends at Covington Road in Los Altos, California. The third segment, about 0.1 mile long, begins near El Monte Avenue and ends at Tyndall Street and G(contracted; show full)Los Altos and narrows to two lanes. Shortly after Grant Road the road becomes an undivided road. When it hits Miramonte Avenue and Foothill Expressway, it turns north, following Foothill Expressway until it terminates at South Springer Road. The second segment of the road begins at Riverside Avenue and ends at Covington Road. The final segment extends from Giffin Road and Tyndall Street and ends near the intersection of Foothill Expressway and El Monte Avenue.
