The '''''Big Fat Notebook''''' is a series of books that aim to helping children understand the topics and subjects of high School and middle School. It's a series of books published by Workman Publishing<ref>{{Cite web|url=https://www.workman.com/brands/big-fat-notebooks|title=Workman Publishing|date=2016-04-19|website=Workman Publishing|language=en-US|access-date=2020-06-18}}</ref> that is created by 'the smartest kid in class', a [[pseudonym]] for recent graduates who excel in a given topic, such as Mathematics or Science, which are checked by teachers and are edited by the editors at Workman Publishing.

Recently the series has had a foray into high school. The books have gained worldwide attention and sales, not just in the United States. The books were developed by the same editor's who worked on the 'Brain Quest' series.
