Giovanni Alfieri designs a small structure entirely in wood and builds it in the garden of his villa. Later it is disassembled, carried on the shoulder and reassembled on the Pertusio hill. It was inaugurated on July 15, 1906 and owes its name to the donor's daughter, Rosalba. The refuge sees various expansion and improvement interventions: in 1921 the first works that lead to an external coating of sheet metal and zinc; in 1955 the current masonry structure was built and in 1983 the old building was dismantled.<ref>[Ornella Gnecchi, Rifugi lecchesi - itinerari e storia, 2000, Casa Editrice Stefanoni, Lecco, p. 26-29, ISBN 9-788888-429465] </ref> In 1923, on the occasion of the celebrations of the fiftieth anniversary of the foundation of the CAI section of Milan, the connecting path between the Rosalba refuge and the Carlo Porta refuge was inaugurated, on the Resinelli floors. == Logins == From the Resinelli Plans: * path n. 8: Direttissima - from the Carlo Porta refuge * path n. 9: delle Foppe - departure from the Alippi restaurant (contracted; show full)ta stone garden.
