Laxmi Narayan Maharana was born in [[Baunsuli village|Baunsuli]] of [[Kendujhar district|Kendujhar]] in the state of [[Odisha]]. Laxmi Narayan Maharana's family consists of parents and a sister. Laxmi Narayan Maharana's father's name is '''Sanjay Maharana''' and mother's name is '''Babita Maharana''', She is a housewife. And sister's name is '''Barsharani Maharana''' she also make beautiful drawing.
Laxmi Narayan Maharana has been interested in painting and art since [[childhood]]. He is a great devotee of Lord Hanuman since childhood and his drawing, idol making has started with Lord [[Hanuman]].He studied up to 10th standard from Baunsuli High School and 12th standard from Dadhibaman higher secondary college, turumunga.  Scored 39% in 12th standard CHSCE bord exam as a Art's student.
Laxmi Narayan Maharana started his painting and art when he was in 3rd class.Since childhood, he studied at his maternal uncle's house and he used to study less and paint more. He was more interested in painting since childhood.When he was 8th class then he went to his village and studied in the village itself.
