'''Daniel Niazi''' Nappen Jacobsen (born 6 December 1991, [[Constanţa|Constanta]], [[Romania]])  is an Norwegian-Romanian [[Human rights|human rights]] [[activist]] and [[Blogger|blogger]]. He is best known for the Norwegian [[Nonprofit|non-profit]] organization Third Seconds TSCG.

His foundation of the organization is to protect the UN Convention by indicating major public companies and officials who violate the public convention.He developed his work from a project to an organization in his basement.

Daniel lived in an orphanage in Navodari. He grew up with his twin brother at the orphanage until he was 4 years old. He also has a sister who is adopted from the same country.
