Igor Janev  was a Special Advisor of the Minister of foreign affairs of the Republic of Macedonia in 2002.<ref>see about his position: http://www.makemigration.com/</ref>Currently, Janev is a full professor of International Law and International relations at the Institute for political Studies  in Belgrade.<ref>under the Serbian Law position of the Scientific advisor at the public institute has a rank of the full professor at the public university</ref>Igor Janev  was creator of Serbian strategy for defense of Serbian territorial integrity in the United Nations General Assembly.
