== Early life ==
Sofia Tryzub-Cook was born in Rivne, Ukraine, as Sofiya Halyna Tryzub-Cook and moved to China at the age three months, where she was raised in Shanghai, China. She speaks fluent English, Chinese and Ukrainian. Her father, Robert Cook, is a gym manager, art collector & Photographer, and her mother, Oksana Tryzub-Cook is an English teacher.
Sofia Tryzub-Cook attendes FuDan International School, where she studies, Spanish and other manditory subjects. Sofiya joined her school Soccer Club in 2015, she has been doing Ballet since 2004 and still continues today. Sofiya has also joined Model United Nation, and participates as much as she can. Sofia Tryzub-Cook finds an intrest in French, Poetry, Art & Music, Fashion & Designing, sports, History, Cultural Events, debates, and reading. Sofiya Tryzub-Cook loves travelling and 'Exploring the World' as she says.Tryzub-Cook is a World Charity Donator, supports different Charity Organizations.

She has done many advertisements on television, also appeared on the television series ''In the Office''.
She started her acting carrer when she was 5 and her modelling carrer since the age of 1. Tryzub-Cook, started writting songs and poetry since Grade 7, has written and composed songs, '<nowiki/>''The Echo of the Night' & 'The Enemy'''. Sofiya Tryzub-Cook is also writing a book, which she is looking forward to publish it sometime in the future.
