Helen Jurisic was the first child born in a [[Split, Croatia|Croatian State]] internationally recognized indipendent worldwide in the day of 15 January 1992 on the [[Mediterranean Sea]] beach coast of [[Europe]] in a antique Dalmatian city of the empire of [[Ancient Rome]] who at the time was known as ''"Spalatum"'' (or Spalatro) and now [[Split, Croatia|Split (or Spalato)]]. ''"Spalatum"'' develops around the imperial [[Diocletian's Palace]] builted by the military fighter who became the [[Roman emperor]] [[Diocletian]] in 295-304 A.D. With him the city of Split became a privileged area of recruitment of soldiers of the [[Roman legion]] to the field command degrees of the Roman [[Legionary]] ''"[[Warrior|Bellatores]]"'' ([[Centurion]], protector, dux) and as a city to recruit [[Gladiators]] champions, including women [[Gladiatrix|gladiatrices]], for the gladiatorial martial arts games of the [[Colosseum]] in [[Rome]], for the incredible fighting strength of the local populations.

Helen Jurisic descended from the soldier [[Nikola Jurišić]] (c.1490–1545), supreme army [[hero]] commander of the armed forces of Croatia.
While a college student, Helen modeled part-time, after studied business economy she has a degree in sports management. Today she is owner of a concept chain of [[Convenience store]]s.

Helen Jurisic started modeling and traveling [[Europe]] at the same time she began learning [[martial arts]] at the age of eight in [[Karate]] and [[Jujutsu]].
