Andre was born in [[London Borough of Brent|Brent]], north-west [[London]] to [[Greek Cypriot]] parents. He grew up in London until moving to the [[Gold Coast, Queensland]], Australia when he was six. 

His first [[single (music)|single]] was released in 1992 and his first [[album]] in 1993.

He and [[Katie Price]] were [[contestant]]s in series 3 of the British version of ''[[I'm a Celebrity ... Get Me Out of Here!]]'' from January-February 2004. He and Price began a [[intimate relationship|relationship]] during that time. Andre and Price had a son in 2005. The couple [[marriage|married]] later that year and their daughter was born in 2007. The couple [[divorce]]d in 2009. Andre is in a [[intimate relationship|relationship]] with Emily MacDonagh. The couple's daughter was born in January 2014.
