It seeks to optimize different processes in government institutions; the first product for this is "Micro" which is to speed up and reduce the cost of micro-purchases in the bidding processes. <ref>{{Cite web|url=https://www.diariolibre.com/actualidad/tecnologia/no-es-crear-mas-metros-sino-mejorar-los-sistemas-actuales-OL14972378|title=No Es Crear Mas Metros Sino Mejorar Los Sistemas Actuales|date=2019-10-28|website=diariolibre|language=es|access-date=2019-10-28}}</ref> it was created on the basis that governments are the biggest decision-makers in the world. <ref>{{Cite web|url=https://thesiliconreview.com/magazine/profile/an-interview-with-paola-santana-social-glass-founder-and-ceo/|title=An Interview With Paola Santana Social Glass Founder and Ceo|last=Bort|first=Julie|website=Thesiliconreview|}}</ref>.
Social glass is currently working on a program for the management of government purchases, called “MICRO”. Micro is being tested in San Joaquin County and the Sacramento Counties Association, in California. MICRO™ is an e-commerce marketplace for compliant and paperless government micro-purchases (e.g. daily needs, office supplies, professional services, emergency items), where government agencies can buy, contract or rent products and services from verified businesses. <ref>{{Cite web|url=https://thesiliconreview.com/magazine/profile/an-interview-with-paola-santana-social-glass-founder-and-ceo/|title=An Interview With Paola Santana Social Glass Founder and Ceo|last=Bort|first=Julie|website=Thesiliconreview|}}</ref>.
