== Life ==
Dur Khan was born in 1920 in northern Pakistan.  He grew up in the Chitral Valley of [[Pakistan]]. Dur Khan was married when he was 20 years old.  He had five children.  

== The Senior Citizens Jirga ==
In May 2015, Dur Khan established [[Zaruanan Jirga|An association for Senior Citizens]] for the rights of senior citizens. It was the first senior citizen's jirga in Pakistan.
