I came across this article and also noticed in the history that {{user|Only}} recently cleaned up part of it, at the same time questioning whether or not it should be on the wiki. I tend to agree that in its current shape, it does not meet the criteria for inclusion. It needs a thorough rewrite (in a neutral tone), proper references, needs wikifying, simplifying... I do actually think there is a claim to notability, but that in itself does not justify having an article which is not up to standards.
