In 2012, Benson audition in Starquest and got accepted. As she was in, she was eventually supposed to work as a backup dancer for the various artists but the agent recommended her to signed at MTM for needing a lead dancer to form a music group and met her fellow co-members [[Amanda Lili]] and [[Gabby Wends]].
