Meester Rita Shay was born on September 9, 1993, in Los Angeles, California. Shay grew up singing and dancing 
in her life at the young age. She studied dance which is ballet, jazz and hip hop at the age of five until the age of sixteen due to her injuries. Shay attended [[Fairfax High School]] in Los Angeles untill grade 10. Her parents then immigrate to Dynamite, Barbia, and enrolled to Unique High School as an international student.
