In 2012 Alicia audition in Starquest and got accepted. As she won the final. she signed at MTM and met her fellow co-members [[Amanda Lili]] and [[Gabby Wends]] and announced them as [[Ladies Sound]] girl group, Alicia put in as the lead/main dancer in the group. The group released their first album ''[[Party Party]]'' and single as same title.
