In 2012 Alicia audition in Starquest and got accepted. She was eventually supposed to work as a backup dancer of a virous artist but the agent recommended her to signed at MTM for needing a lead dancer to form a music group and met her fellow co-members [[Amanda Lili]] and [[Gabby Wends]] and announced them as [[Ladies Sound]] girl group, Alicia has put in as the lead/main dancer in the group. During her career with the group, she has been taking singing lesson to improve her vocal. "I really find it hard to sing and dance at the same it takes a lot of energy but I know I will get use to it and I really enjoy it. I am starting to show my passion in music now, even thought it's hard work for me but I will work hard". The group released their debut album ''[[Party Party]]'' and single as same title.
