===Early life===

The duo express their talent in singing and dancing together on their spare time during their teenage years。They also uploaded their singing covers in YouTube。The duo both attended Unique High School in Dynamite，Barbia as an international students。They entered the school talent quest and also were involved in school choir。In 2011，Shay graduated high school at year 12 and Louis graduated in 2012 at year 12。They both attended Relvon University and both took Bachelor Of Music and Bachelor Of Drama。Along Music and Drama，Shay conjoined Bachelor Of Dance and Louis conjoined Bachelor Of Visual Arts where she had scholarship。They have been performing a play in the theater with their script and performed as the musical Broadway show in University。

===2012–14: Career beginnings, ''Superstar'' and hiatus===

The duo wrote a play called ''Princess T-ara'' on their drama assignment in University。Later they performed it in theater。Avan Liu the professional director watched their play during the show and he told them after the play that it was a best play ever and he asked them if he wanted to make it as a drama series and the girls agreed to him saying。The XLR8 company then aired it on XLR8 network on July 21, 2012。The girls left university to continue their acting career。''Princess T-ara'' nominated in Best Drama Series 2012 at XLR8 Star Awards 。
