'''Clara Leticia Rojas González''' (sinh ngày 20 tháng 12 năm 1964) là một luật sư người Colombia, giảng viên đại học và quản lý chiến dịch cho cựu [[Thượng viện Colombia|thượng nghị sĩ]] và ứng cử viên tổng thống Ingrid Betancourt  . Bà đã bị bắt cóc cùng với Betancourt bởi nhóm du kích [[Lực lượng Vũ trang Cách mạng Colombia|FARC]] gần [[San Vicente del Caguán]] vào ngày 23 tháng 2 năm 2002, trong khi Betancourt đang vận động tranh cử tổng thống. == Chiến dịch Emmanuel ==
Vào ngày 27 tháng 12 năm 2007, nhóm du kích [[Lực lượng Vũ trang Cách mạng Colombia|FARC]] được cho là đang lên kế hoạch thả Rojas sắp xảy ra, cùng với con trai và nữ nghị sĩ Consuelo González, trong một phiên bản tù nhân một phía do Tổng thống Venezuela [[Hugo Chávez]] đàm phán.  

Chavez đã lên kế hoạch phát hành trong một chiến dịch mang tên Chiến dịch Emmanuel, sử dụng máy bay của Venezuela và với sự hỗ trợ của [[Phong trào Chữ thập đỏ và Trăng lưỡi liềm đỏ quốc tế|Hội Chữ thập đỏ]].  

== Sự trì hoãn ==
FARC đã trì hoãn việc thả con tin vì đứa trẻ, Emmanuel, đã mất tích. Theo báo cáo, FARC đã đặt đứa trẻ vào một gia đình nông dân, và nó không thể được tìm thấy kịp thời cho việc thả con tin theo lịch trình. Trong khi đó, chính phủ Colombia biết rằng một đứa trẻ phù hợp với mô tả của Emmanuel đang bị giam giữ bởi Viện phúc lợi gia đình Colombia (''ICBF'') vào ngày 31 tháng 12 năm 2007.
