The Garsdale Services Investment Limited擁有Yota全部股份和MegaFon的50%股份。而Garsdale Services Investment Limited則分別由AF Telecom（佔82%）、Telconet Capital fund（13.5%）和Russian Technologies State Corporation（餘下4.5%）控股。
