== The Universities section == 

The section about the universities talks almost exclusively about rituals. This is a much larger discussion and the link to Desenrascanço is thin. I've added another paragraph in the spirit of NPOV because it's my opinion that the text was very one-sided in favor of such rituals. My opinion is that the section should be deleted entirely, but I don't do a lot of Wikipedia editing and don't know if this is ok.
