My opinion is that the section should be deleted entirely, but I don't do a lot of Wikipedia editing and don't know if this is ok. Although a section about Desenrascanço in universities and education should exist my view is that it should talk about how it is a part of the teaching and learning philosophy (in a very unplanned way) and not about this almost completely unrelated discussion of rituals.

*I dont see why adding your oppinion on an UNRELATED subject makes it NPOV, in fact it makes it very POVish. Who decides or not it is related to desenrascanço are the people who pratice it and not you or someone else. Sorry a stupid edit, with a lot of POV, favouring a personal view.
