The [[population density]] is 28.6/km&sup2; (74.0/mi&sup2;).  There are 804 housing units at an average density of 9.9/km&sup2; (25.6/mi&sup2;).  The racial makeup of the township is 98.06% [[White (U.S. Census)|White]], 0.30% [[African American (U.S. Census)|African American]], 0.52% [[Native American (U.S. Census)|Native American]], 0.22% [[Asian (U.S. Census)|Asian]], 0.00% [[Pacific Islander (U.S. Census)|Pacific Islander]], 0.17% from [[Race (U.S. Census)|other races]], and 0.73% from two or more races.  0.69% of the population are [[Hispanic (U.S. Census)|Hispanic]] or [[Latino (U.S. Census)|Latino]] of any race.
