The '''chronicle of Muntaner''' is the longest of the four big chronicles and comprises from the act of engendering James I of Aragon ([[1207]]) until the coronation of Alfons el Benigne (1328). It was written by the soldier and chronicler Ramon Muntaner between [[1325]] and [[1332]].
