Preparation Method

Chutneyto taste 

Heat oil in a wok or a frying pan and add the urad dal and fry till it is golden brown  , then add all other ingredients f.  Fry for 5 minutes till thy are cooked., then allow it to cool to room tempaerature, then g.  Grind in a blender to make a fine paste.Now the main chut

To garnish the chutney: heat 1 tbsp oil to the frying pan and  add mustard seeds,w.  Wait till they splutter., then add curry leaves and remove from heat.    Add this garnish to chutney and mix well, add coriander leaves before serving.


This pungent,  mouth watering chutney will go wiell with [[Idli, dosa, ]], [[dosa]], [[chapati]] and all breads.
